How to Place Order


You can place your order via the following method:


Option 1: 
Pay online via www.jonasjodie.wazala.com, please click on "STORE" button on top right side of our blogspot site.


Option 2: 
Pay to our Maybank2U account or PayPal account.




Step 1:

To place an order, please email us at byjonasjodie@gmail.com and please provide us the following information:

1. Name
2. Address 
3. Contact No
4. Item Name
5. Quantity

Most of our items are readily available locally, in the event we are required to order we would advise you accordingly.

Step 2:

Usually we would reply within 24 hours to confirm your order. 
Bank details will be provided via email.

Items would be delivered upon full payment made. All sales are FINAL, there would be no refund or exchange of items sold.

Step 3:

Payment Terms:

Cash on Delivery (COD). All our products are in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) but we do accept other currency payment. The currency exchange rate would be based on the latest conversion rate.

Payment can be made directly to the following accounts:

1. Maybank2U Account
2. PayPal

Step 4

Please email us after you have made your payment with the transaction amount, date and time. Once receipt of payment is confirmed, delivery will be made

Step 5

Delivery options:

1. Within Klang Valley:
We can hand deliver to you directly (FOC)

2. Within Malaysia:
We can courier it to you by normal registered postage. Approximately will take 3-5 working days

3. Outside Malaysia:
We can courier it to you by normal registered postage. Approximately will take 7-10 working days

Prices listed EXCLUDES delivery charges. Buyers would need to bare the shipping and postage charges. We will not be responsible for any delay, loss or damage of the item(s) during delivery.
